Democratic candidates — even those in states like Virginia that the president carried in 2008 and 2012 — do not want President Obama to campaign for them.
Comments
He has been in Florida campaigning for Crist. Michelle has been here too fund raising. Crist hasn't run away from ACA or other important issues that liberals want. The article left that small thing out of it's narrative. Crist is running as a supporter of Obama.

Same here in Michigan. Michelle is in Detroit today. At some point, her husband and Bill Clinton will also be making an appearance somewhere in the state. Oh, and Hillary will be here on Oct. 16th. They will be lending support for the Dem candidates: Schauer to replace Rep Gov. Snyder and Peters who will be filling the Sen. seat the retiring Carl Levin leaves open. Peters Rep. opponent, Terry Lynn Land, looks wobblier as each day goes by.

I think this is a fill in the blanks story that could be written about most Presidents in mid-term elections since parties tend to lose seats. It is over-hyped.
