A drone for every terrorist sounds like a military/industrial plan for perpetual profits.
The 'Yemen is in chaos, time to get the guy who put a bomb in an ink cartridge' (in the NYT link) particularly makes me think those behind this plan need a reality check. You will never eliminate all the bad guys in the desert on the other side of the world, it isn't our job to do so. It also isn't the Pentagon's job to try to make FedEx shipping out of Yemen safe with hellfire missiles.
