This trade agreement, like previous international trade agreements, like NAFTA, is not a partisan issue. On just about every other piece of legislation that the Obama Administration has introduced to Congress, the Republican majority has stood fast against it. However, in this instance, Congress appears to be strangely united in its efforts to pass a secret bill that they have not even been allowed to read.

I don't know why the link came up as it did but a copy and paste should work fie.
This news item is on a subject that certainly stands on its own as a worthy concern. It also brings up points tangential to the discussion by bslev and me in his blog post on the Iran nuclear negotiations.
Another quote from the article: “The verdict is in: most U.S. workers would see wage losses as a result of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), a sweeping U.S. “free trade” deal under negotiation with 11 Pacific Rim countries. That’s the conclusion of a report just released by the non-partisan Center for Economic and Policy Research (CEPR).

Does it seem strange to you, that within the article I find this link?
Was this link of such importance to be connected to the TPP issue or did I misunderstand its significance to the discussion?

What does Wyden care, if he votes against the interests of working families? He’ll be just fine; while the rest of us will be enslaved to support a One World Government controlled by the Imperialists.

Here is my letter to the editor on this topic that the Washington Post chose not to publish:

They are the Intelligentsia and you're not a member of their clique.
Of course they would not let your words be published, they want to silence dissent or opposing views because they deem your opinions are disruptive to their agenda.
Happens all the time.
Did they write back and tell you send your opinions to twitter?
